NEA3706 - Operation and Maintenance of mechanical and electrical Equipment at Tuas Marine Transfer Station (TMTS) and Semakau Landfill (SL).

Maintenance of M&E equipment, including the 6.6 kV diesel-generator system, switchgear, UPS, lighting, earthing and lightning-protection systems, fire-protection system, sanitary, drainage and sewage-treatment systems, ACMV, dust-suppression system, potable-water system, PABX, leachate-treatment plant, and wind-turbine system.

• Provide all necessary manpower, tools, fuel, grease, lubricants, spare parts, utilities, consumables, safety gears, etc.
• Maintenance and repair of equipment including carrying out overhaul.
• Cleaning of the premises, buildings and offices at TMTS and SL.
